Passing a resolution calling justice for Vanessa

As a city, we know that what happened to Vanessa Guillen. It should be no problem for the City Council of the City Of Richmond to pass a resolution to call for an independent investigation on Vanessa case, a ban on military recruitment on low-income communities and safeguards against corruption in the military when sexual harassment cases are being reported. Even if Richmond has no military base, our people still join the military.
